Overview

Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) invites application from eligible candidates for the post of Inspector of Boilers. Eligible and Interested candidates can send their application in the prescribed format along with required copies of documents on or before July 11, 2017.

Applications are invited Online from qualified candidates through the proforma Application to be made available on Commission’s WEBSITE (tspsc.gov.in) to the post of Inspector of Boilers in Boilers Department.

  1. Submission of ONLINE applications from Dt. 06/06/2017
  2. Last date for submission of ONLINE applications Dt. 11/07/2017
  3. Hall Tickets can be downloaded 07 days before commencement of Examination.

The Examination is likely to be held on Dt. 05/08/2017 FN & 06/08/2017 A.N. The Commission reserves the right to conduct the Examination either COMPUTER BASED RECRUITMENT TEST (CBRT) or OFFLINE OMR based Examination of objective type.

Before applying for the posts, candidates shall register themselves as per the One Time Registration (OTR) through the Official Website for TSPSC. Those who have registered in OTR already shall apply by login to their profile using their TSPSC ID and Date of Birth as provided in OTR.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Candidates are requested to keep the details of the following documents ready while uploading their OTR Applications.

  1. Aadhar number
  2. Educational Qualification details i.e., SSC, INTERMEDIATE, DEGREE,

POST GRADUATION etc. and their Roll numbers, Year of passing etc.

  • Community/ Caste Certificate obtained from Mee Seva/ E Seva i.e., Enrollment number and date of issue for uploading in OTR.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Applicants must possess the qualifications from a recognized University as detailed below or equivalent thereto, as specified in the relevant Service Rules, indented by the department as on the Date of Notification.

1 Inspector of Boilers in Boilers Department. a)    Degree in Mechanical or Production or Power Plant or Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized University OR its equivalent.

b) Two years experience as a technical personnel in the design, construction erection, operation testing, repair, maintenance or inspection of boilers or in the implementation of the boilers Act,1923 and rules and regulations framed there under.

AGE: Minimum 18 years & Maximum 38* years. The age is reckoned as on 01/07/2017 (Rule- 12(1)(a)(v) of State and Subordinate Service Rules).

Minimum Age (18 years): A Candidate should not be born after 01/07/1999.

Maximum Age (38 years): A candidate should not be born before 02/07/1979.
