Educational Qualification & Experience
- Chief General Manager (Technical) (E-8) – Degree in Engineering or equivalent in the discipline of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Naval Architecture / Civil. 24 years’ post qualification experience out of which at least 5 years in Senior position in “Ship building” / “Ship design” / “Ship repair” / “Overseeing the construction / repair of Naval Ships or Submarines”.
- General Manager (Technical) (E-7) – Degree in Engineering or equivalent in the discipline of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Naval Architecture / Civil. 22 years’ post qualification experience out of which at least 5 years in Senior position in “Ship building” / “Ship design” / “Ship repair” / “Overseeing the construction / repair of Naval Ships or Submarines”.
- Deputy General Manager (Technical) (E-5) – Degree in Engineering or equivalent in the discipline of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Marine Engineering / Civil / Production / Naval Architecture. 15 years’ post qualification experience out of which at least 5 years in Senior position in “ Ship building” / “Ship design” / “Ship Repair” / “Overseeing the construction of Naval Ships or Submarines”.
- Junior Manager (Technical- Hull Engineering) (E-0) – Diploma in Engineering or equivalent in the discipline of Mechanical. 8 years’ post qualification work experience in the following: ‘Ship Building’/ ‘Ship Design’/ ‘Ship Repair’ activity OR Dockyards/ Repair Yards of Indian Navy OR Trials Teams/ WOTs onboard Service in warships like Shivalik/ Delhi/ Kolkata/ Destroyers or similar major platforms and/or in Trials Teams/ WOTs with exposure to onboard Hull Inspections, Trials, Painting, Welding and Rigging Works Docking/ Undocking, Slipping/ unslipping operations, Gas Turbines & Controls, Diesel Engines & Controls, Auxiliary Systems, Shipboard Systems.
- Junior Manager (Technical- Electrical Power) (E-0) – Diploma in Engineering or equivalent in the discipline of Electrical. 8 years’ post qualification work experience in the following: ‘Ship Building’/ ‘Ship Design’/ ‘Ship Repair’ activity OR Dockyards/ Repair Yards of Indian Navy OR inservice in warships like Shivalik/ Delhi/ Kolkata/ Destroyers or similar major platforms Candidate having experience in ASW FCS, Gunnery FCS & Gun mounting, Missile control systems, Fire Control radars, surveillance radars, sonars, Integrated Platform Management Systems, Weapons Installations, Power distribution & Generation, Internal & External Communication will be preferred.
- Junior Manager (Technical- Electronic Radio) (E-0) – Diploma in Engineering or equivalent in the discipline of Electronics. 8 years’ post qualification work experience in the following: Ship Building’/‘Ship Design’/‘Ship Repair’ activity OR Dockyards / Repair Yards of Indian Navy OR inservice in warships like Shivali k/Delhi/Kolkata/ Destroyers or similar major platforms Candidate having experience in ASW FCS, Gunnery FCS & Gun mounting, Missile control systems, Fire Control radars, surveillance radars, sonars, Integrated Platform Management Systems, Weapons Installations, Power distribution & Generation, Internal & External Communication will be preferred.
- Junior Manager (Official Language) (E-0) – Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level. OR Master’s degree in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as subject at the degree level.
