Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) invited applications for recruitment to the post for Senior Project Officer (Security). The eligible candidates can Walk -in for a selection scheduled on 20 July 2016.
Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) was conceived of in the year 1969 when a team surveyed various locations in India before selecting Cochin for the launch of the first Greenfield Shipbuilding Yard in the country. The yard facilities in the first phase were completed by 1982. The yard was designed and constructed under technical collaboration with M/s Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (M.H.I), Japan. The company was legally incorporated in the year 1972.

Eligibility for Senior Project Officer (Security) – Graduation in any discipline from any UGC/AICTE recognized University/ Institution in India. Minimum ten years of officer level experience in security related services like Police/CBI/IB/RAW/NIA etc, presently serving or retired as Deputy Superintendent of Police and above or its equivalent rank in similar services. Or Minimum ten years experience in the Armed/Paramilitary forces as a Commissioned Officer and who have served not below the rank of Captain in the Indian Army or equivalent rank in the Indian Navy/Indian Air Force/other Paramilitary forces. Experience of working in a computerised environment is desirable.
