Overview
Combat Engineering Training Camp (CETC), Jaisalmer, Under Ministry of Defence invited applications for the Group ‘C’ posts of Lower Division Clerk (LDC) and other posts on direct recruitment basis. Educational Qualification:
LDC: candidate should have completed 10+2 or equivalent and should have Typing Speed @ 35 w.p.m. in English and @ 30 w.p.m. in Hindi.
Store Keeper: candidate should have completed 10+2 or equivalent and should have Typing Speed @ 35 w.p.m. in English and @ 30 w.p.m. in Hindi.
Carpenter & Jointer (C&J)/ Painter & Decorator (P&D)/ Welder/ Blacksmith/ Engine Artificer/ Equipment Repair: candidate should have completed 10+2 or equivalent or equivalent with 01 year Certificate Course in respective Trade.
Lascar/ Watchman: candidate should have completed 10+2 or equivalent
Age Limit:
Gen: Between 18 to 27 years as on last date of receipt of application
OBC: Relaxation of 03 years
SC/ ST: Relaxation of 05 years
PWD/ Others: As per norms.
Selection Procedure:
The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Physical Endurance Test (as applicable) followed by Written Test then Practical Test/ Typing Test and finally Trade Test (as applicable) and/ or Personal Interview, which will be conducted by the administration.
