Educational Qualification Required : 3 years Graduate (Non-Engg) [Any Discipline] (only AICTE/ UGC/ MHRD/ AITA/UFTAA approved Institutes/ Universities). G and / or H Card Holder.
Experience Required : Candidates with 5 to 6 years of experience in handling CHA activities at Port/CFS/Airport shall be preferred. The key responsibilities of the incumbent will be:1. Overall in-charge for Customs clearance functions in areas of freight forwarding operations at seaports. 2. Planning and coordination with various service providers and foreign associates for execution of EXIM shipments. 3. Coordinating with agencies, associates for export ships, 4. Preparation of s/bills and Bill of entries with customs dept. 5. Managing MIS reports & preparation of SOP for smooth execution of shipments. 6. Coordinate with key clients assigned for execution of project ships arriving at seaports. 7. Representation in customs along with clients for duty benefit, refund claims, other adjudication matters. 8. Ensuring speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximize client satisfaction levels. 9. Status updating to clients. 10. Maintain excellent relations with clients for retaining them to generate avenues for additional business. 11. Responding to RFQs of various customers. 12.
