Pay Scale : Selected candidates will be placed on three year fixed term contract. Compensation will be linked to qualification and experience and shall be as per the industry standards.

Experience Required : Minimum Post Qualification Experience (Years) For Graduates – 6 years For Professionally Qualified Candidates – 1 year. The incumbent will be responsible for the following: Day to day Defence Portal support functions/feasibilities including o Handling of technical issues of the assigned clients, o Coordination with external/internal business partners/vendors/suppliers to ensure end to end resolution of customers dispute, o Checking CGDA and other deal pass on API, Deal Code/Tour code benefits support, o Monitoring of system and analysis on results, its fare and other details, o Updating and responsible for sync between Defence portal and Company’s Technical and its API vendors. o Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.
